At Meraki, we combine focused action with a clear vision in order to create a balance which is evident in all aspects of the company.

OUR ETHOS

Meraki is a Greek word which means, “to do something with soul, creativity or love: when you leave a piece of yourself in your work.” This embodies the ethos of the company.

We are driven by passion and are packaged by individuals who want to make a difference to our clients and build long-standing relationships, centred around trust and common goals.

WHAT SETS US APART

As we are a small research company.

This allows our senior team members to be involved in each phase of the project, from sale through to delivery.

We place a large emphasis on understanding our clients in order to exceed expectations and deliver correctly on objectives.

Each project is unique, which allows us to ensure flexibility in order to accommodate all requirements and understand that each industry and scenario is different and should be treated as such.

Final delivery is only as good as the output produced at each stage of the research process.

We use a fieldwork team that we have partnered with for 6 years. They are all very knowledgeable with up to 20 years experience in executing various customer interviews.

We understand that insights are the prize possession of any company. Research without insight is merely information. Insight without action is a waste of budget.

Our team presents insights in a manner which is easy to translate into an action plan of next steps and emphasises answering the “What Now?” question.

FRANCES MACMAHON

With over ten years of market research and consulting experience, Frances has completed over 300 projects during her research career. Her practical knowledge covers many fields of experience and is supported by her Masters in Market Research degree (MPhil).
