Meraki is a Greek word which means, "to do something with soul, creativity or love: when you leave a piece of yourself in your work.” This embodies the ethos of the company.

Meraki Research is driven by passion and packaged by individuals who want to make a difference to their clients and build long-standing relationships, centred around trust and common goals.





As Meraki Research is a small company, the most senior team members are involved in each phase of the project, from sale through to delivery. This allows more junior members to learn in conjunction with an individual who can draw on their experience and knowledge to produce the best possible results.

Final delivery is only as good as the output produced at each stage of the research process. Meraki Research uses a fieldwork team that they have partnered with for 6 years. The fieldworkers are very knowledgeable with up to 20 years experience in executing various customer interviews. They are not students or “part timers” and all complete a rigorous training procedure before being tasked with a project.
